(4 -5 lb) beef roast
(1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix – dry
(1 1/4 ounce) dried Italian salad dressing
(1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1/2 cup water
Put the beef in the crock pot
Mix the dried ingredients together in a bowl then sprinkle it over the roast.
Pour some water around the roast.
Cook on low for until tender
Optional: Add onion soup mix and one cup of wine, potatoes, carrots and mushroom around 15 minutes before it ends cooking
