Ingredients

  • (4 -5 lb) beef roast

  • (1 1/4 ounce) package brown gravy mix – dry

  • (1 1/4 ounce) dried Italian salad dressing

  • (1 1/4 ounce) package ranch dressing mix

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  • Put the beef in the crock pot
  • Mix the dried ingredients together in a bowl then sprinkle it over the roast.
  • Pour some water around the roast.
  • Cook on low for until tender
  • Optional:
    Add onion soup mix and one cup of wine, potatoes, carrots and mushroom around 15 minutes before it ends cooking
