Super Banana Bread

No need to compromise the banana taste. As a mom, I always want to serve the best so I always make this banana bread it is the moist and delicious with loads of banana flavor! Friends and family love my ingredients and say it’s by far the best! It’s amazing toasted!! Enjoy!

Technically, you don’t need a mixer for this recipe. Clean-up is super easy too, if you want, you can mix everything in one bowl.

For best results, use over-ripe bananas. The yellow peels should be at the slightest half browned. The bananas inside squishy and browning.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter – softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 eggs – beaten

  • 5 bananas, finely mashed

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350º / 180º while you prepare the batter
  • Put the sugar and butter together, mix it well to cream
  • Add eggs and mashed banana
  • Sift the flour, baking soda and salt. Add it to the above mixture
  • Pour the mixture in a greased and floured loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350º / 180º for 50 minutes.
